NIGEL MANSELL — "TAXI FOR SENNA," SILVERSTONE 1991
Hand-signed limited edition photograph
British Grand Prix, 14 July 1991. Nigel Mansell had just won at home from pole in the Williams FW14-Renault. On the last lap, his title rival Ayrton Senna's McLaren-Honda ran out of fuel. On his victory lap, Mansell stopped and Senna climbed onto the sidepod of the Williams for the ride back to the pits. It became one of the warmest images in Formula 1, two fierce rivals sharing a ride in front of the Silverstone crowd.
Hand-signed in black by Nigel Mansell, 1992 World Champion, at a private signing at the Gatwick Hilton on 12 May 2022. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
