RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We want you to love your purchase. Because our inventory consists primarily of one-of-a-kind vintage and pre-owned items, please review all measurements, descriptions, and photographs carefully before purchasing.


RETURNS


Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.


To be eligible for a return:


• Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• Original tags (if attached) must remain attached.
• Item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, perfume, and signs of wear.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items are final sale:


• Items marked Final Sale
• International orders
• Gift cards
• Customized or altered items


VINTAGE CONDITION


Please note that vintage and pre-owned items may show minor signs of age, wear, fading, distressing, or manufacturing variations consistent with their history. These characteristics are part of the item’s authenticity and are not considered defects. Any notable flaws will be disclosed in the listing description and/or photographs.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
