Return Policies

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. Because our inventory consists primarily of one-of-a-kind vintage and pre-owned items, please review all measurements, descriptions, and photographs carefully before purchasing.  We are happy to answer questions, send additional photos or videos, and provide any details not otherwise included in the listings by sending an email to hello@ar13l.co or using the contact us form  

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.  So long as items are returned in their original condition we issue a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
• Original tags (if attached) must remain attached.
• Item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, perfume, and signs of wear.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• International orders

VINTAGE CONDITION

Please note that vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of age, wear, fading, distressing, or manufacturing variations consistent with their history. These characteristics are part of the item’s authenticity and are not considered defects. Any notable flaws will be disclosed in the listing description and/or photographs.   It is the aged nature of these items that represent an authentic respect for Motorsport heritage 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right
