An authentic Benetton Formula 1 Racing Team crew shirt from the Bridgestone and Agip years, when Giancarlo Fisichella and Alexander Wurz drove for the team. It appears new and unworn.
Finished in the sky blue Benetton ran at the end of the 1990s, the shirt carries the full period sponsor package: an embroidered Benetton Formula 1 Racing Team chest logo, Korean Air and Playlife across the chest band, Bridgestone and Magneti Marelli on the right sleeve, and the Agip six-legged dog on the left. The oversized embroidered BENETTON with Playlife beneath it runs across the back, and the navy and cream striped band wraps the body and both sleeve cuffs.
Playlife was a Benetton Group brand, and it gave its name to the Supertec-built engines the team raced in 1999 and 2000. Bridgestone supplied the tyres and Agip the fuel in those seasons, which places this shirt squarely in that chapter of the team's story, between the Schumacher championship years and the Renault takeover.
